This beautiful Eagle Panel was carved and painted by sought after Gitxsan artist Trevor Angus. The beautiful delicately carved lines and attention to detail is truly stunning. The life and mythology of the Gitxsan people is closely related to their relationship with the land and the Skeena River. The name 'Gitxsan' translates to 'People of the River Mist' in relation to the Skeena River.
